無料ですか？有料ですか？
入場は無料です（飲食エリア利用・ステージショー観覧など）。「カラーパウダーかけ大会」への参加は事前の公式チケットの購入、または当日会場での購入が必要です。
無料でもお楽しみいただけるイベントですので、まずはお気軽にお越しください！
5歳以下の子どもは無料、ってほんとうですか？
5歳以下のお子様が参加される場合は、「カラーパウダーかけ大会」参加は無料です。お子様用のカラーパウダーもプレゼントいたします。汚れてもいい服装で来て頂ければ問題ございません。
ただし、5歳以下のお子様のご参加には大人の方の付き添いが条件となります。付き添いの方は参加費として大人用Tシャツのご購入が必要となります。
公式Tシャツはいつもらえるの？
お申込み頂いた方には、当日受付にて公式Tシャツ、カラーパウダー（1色１パック）、パウダ ーを拭き落とすためのおしぼり、持ち帰り用のビニール袋をお渡しします。
公式Tシャツに着替える場所はある？
当日は、男女別テントにて公式Tシャツに着替えてご参加いただけます。
公式Tシャツが一番上になるように重ね着して頂ければ下に何を着ていただいてもOKですので、着替えなしでもお楽しみいただけます。
参加時間は決まっているの？
10：00～/11：00～/12：00～/13：00～/14：00～/15：00～ お好きな時間にお越しいただければご参加いただけます。
※最終枠は15:00開始で16:00まで。イベント全体は17:00まで
混雑時には、入場制限をする可能性もございますが、基本的には皆様にお好きな時間でご参加いただけます。
カラーパウダーはどんな粉？汚れは洗濯で落ちる？
カラーパウダー（色粉）は環境に優しく、食品にも使用される原材料から作られています。（昨年の開催では、健康被害の報告はございませんでした。）
水性のため、軽く手洗いした後の洗濯で落ちやすいものとなっております。
しかしながら、布地の種類や油分と混ざったりすることで、どうしても落ちにくい場合もあります。当日は靴やカバンも含め、汚れても良い服装でお越しください。
また、カラーパウダーが目に入らないよう、ゴーグルやサングラスの着用でご自衛していただくことを推奨しております。
事前に保湿クリームやベビーオイルを塗っておくと、祭りの後に色が落ちやすくなります。

カラーパウダーを落とすための手洗い場はある？
カラーパウダーを落とすための手洗い場を設けています。また、おしぼりのご用意はありますが、念のためウェットティッシュなどご持参ください。
雨の場合はどうなるの？
雨天等悪天候の場合は3月29日(日)に延期になります。その場合は事前に告知いたします。
29日(日)も悪天候により中止となる場合は、伊丹市タンドリーディライトか、三軒寺前広場にて公式Tシャツをお渡しいたします。
返金はしてもらえるの？
大変申し訳ございませんが、購入決済確定後はいかなる場合であっても返金は出来かねますのでご了承ください。
ただし、その場合でもイベント終了後に公式Tシャツをお渡しいたします。次年開催時に着用していただくことでカラーパウダー購入のみで大会ご参加いただけます。
チケット購入後に購入者様のご事情等でカラーパウダーかけ大会参加ができなくなってしまった場合は、「問合せ」ページのフォームからご連絡いただくか、直接IFAメールアドレス（india.holi.mela@gmail.com)までご連絡ください。
ご連絡の際には、本人確認のため必ず以下の3点をお知らせ下さい。
・１）お申し込みの代表者氏名
・２）LivePocketの場合は「申込番号」 / フォーム申し込みの場合は「申込時にご申告いただいたメールアドレス」
・３）申し込み内容（チケット種別ごとの数量）

・お酒の持ち込み、喫煙は禁止とさせていただきます。特に喫煙は会場の安全性確保の観点で重大なリスクとなるため、固くお断りします。
・最低限の水分補給のための飲料水を除く、ジュース類などの飲料の持ち込みもご遠慮ください。
・テナントエリアでは多数の店舗によるバラエティに富んだ飲食メニューをご用意しておりますので、ぜひそちらをご利用ください。
・カラーパウダーはイベントで指定された場所でのみお楽しみ下さい。
・近隣の公共施設 、道路、電車、店舗などを汚さないため、イベントエリアを出る前には必ずカラーパウダーを落としてから出ていただきますようお願いいたします。肌についたカラーパウダーは、おしぼりで拭くだけでも簡単に落とすことができます。
・北西方向へ徒歩10分ほどに、伊丹の老舗銭湯「橘温泉」がございます。別棟でコインランドリーも設置されている、清潔でくつろげる施設です。ぜひご利用ください。
・パウダーの安全性には十分注意を払い、検討を重ねて採用したものを使用しておりますが、目や気管支などに一度に大量に流入した場合には一時的な異常が起こる可能性があります。
・衣類への沈着や肌の異常などが生じた場合でも責任は負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Q: When will I get the T-shirt?
A: Those who register will receive an original T-shirt, colored powder (about one large handful per hand), a wet towel to wipe off the powder, and a plastic bag to take the powder home at the reception on the day.
Q: Is there a place to change into a T-shirt?
A: On the day, you can change into a T-shirt in the changing room, but it is expected to be very crowded, so if possible, please come wearing clothes that do not require changing in the changing room to ensure a smooth participation. Example: Wear a T-shirt that you don't mind getting dirty, and put on a Holy T-shirt over it.
Q: What if I'm bringing a child under 5?
A: There is no participation fee for children under 5. As long as you wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, there's no problem. However, please note that if a parent accompanies a child under 5 in the playground, the parent will need to purchase an adult T-shirt.
Q: What kind of powder is the colored powder? Will dirt come off in the wash?
A: The colored powder is environmentally friendly and made from ingredients that are also used in food. It is water-based so it can be washed off, but please note that we cannot be held responsible if your clothes get stained or if you experience itchy skin. In addition, on the day of the event, please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, including your shoes and bag. We recommend wearing goggles or sunglasses to prevent the powder from getting into your eyes.Please refrain from bringing colored powder. Please enjoy colored powder exchanges only in designated areas. In order to avoid soiling nearby areas and public facilities (roads, trains, stores, etc.), visitors are asked to wipe off any colored powder before leaving the event area.
Q: Are there handwashing facilities to remove the color powder?
A: Yes, we provide handwashing stations for removing the color powder. We will also have wet towels available; however, we recommend bringing your own wet wipes just in case.
Q: Is there a place to change clothes?
A: Yes, separate changing tents for men and women will be available.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Please apply from either the “Color Powder Throwing Event” page or the “for ENGLISH” page.
Q: What happens in case of rain?
A: In the event of rain, the event will be postponed to Sunday, March 29.
If it also rains on the 29th, T-shirts will be distributed at Tandoori Delight in Itami City or at Sangenji-mae Square.
Q: Are there fixed participation times?
A: The event runs at the following times:
